Dear Helen, as I sit here at my kitchen table where my mother used to sit, I am very grateful that she has come to me in many ways to say hi 👋 I’m with you… she actually came to me on a winter’s night while I was working at our local bank. My husband and I used to clean them and I was alone in another room. I happened to look up at the glass door to the outside and a bright light shone with my mother there . She was smiling at me and I was so shocked but so amazed at her presence that I wanted to open the door to hug her one last time. She waved to me with her hand and said to me no in such a kind way that I knew that I was not to go to her. She then smiled again and then she was gone. I truly believe that she was letting me know that she was alright. Thank you for your kindness and support in this special moment. ❤☺️🙏✨

Hi Helen greetings from New England USA! I appreciate you a lot. I'm not a medium but I have always been very tuned in to spirit-whether giving Reiki or just listening as you suggest. I see and feel those who have passed from all times in history-I just accept it because as a counselor I have a lot of empathy for them and those in bodies.
I am also aware that I have many friends in spirit-known and unknown, from this time and others. I can't explain it but I accept and respect it but rarely talk about it. That is why I am so grateful for your validation, information and guidance.

One of the most wonderful experiences I had with the Presence of Spirit, was within our own experimental circle. One of the ladies was sitting and didn't realise what an extraordinary, beautiful, loving experience those of us who were observers. She never will know how pure that presence was.... I was humbled by that experience.... Sitting with spirit is INCREDIBLE... forget the messages... That evening blew my mind😊😊😊😊 and that lady could never understand how wonderful that was.

I sit regularly at night when the world sleeps on a bench in the park doing my healing things but when i sat there on that bench for the second time I became aware of the presence of a dokter i knew from my childhood days and he said that i was sittng on the bench build in temembrance of his father who was also a dokter and was killed in the war. And they are always present present if im sitting there.

Helen, enjoy all your videos, i remember years ago think i was fifty at the time im now seventy six, i was sitting in circle for transformation and as i sat down in middle of circle on a chair with feet firmly on floor and relaxed all of a sudden with eyes closed i felt on my left side what i describe was a feeling that came over me as like a strong force of tingling and vibrating almost electric feeling going through my body i felt i was going to rise up of my chair in the air and couldnt stop my eye lids flickering which was funny for the rest to see, my medium of the group said ellen tell spirit to move back a bit i did and the feeling calmed down and was relaxed again, what i would like to know does this feeling happen a lot with some people, x

Something Im not able to understand…yes I’ve had departed souls around, feeling without seeing …my however question is…a reader friend of mine had my dad come thru, souls popping in when not doing reading….my dad wanted to say sorry for something Ide never spoken of but knew of, I then asked my friend to ask my father where he was & he explained it, he then said he’s not where he should be which i understood as he disliked anything unfinished… so therefore how can that be is not proof that in soul form we go on in another form of energy until we resume our humanness ?
