Regenerative Medicine ND here. I have treated so many injuries FROM this technique. Name another manipulation where it is ok to "whip" from the opposite end of ROM through the elastic barrier? It's very easy to manipulate the dorsal wrist with good technique - skin slack, distraction, thrust. Please don't feed me any more perilunate ligamentous injury patients...

what strengthening exercise or exercises would you recommend after this procedure? Also is there a period of time you should avoid using the wrist?
