Surprise man arrested in connection with peeping incidents

Police in Surprise are accusing a man of voyeurism, following a number of incidents where the man allegedly peeped inside people's homes. FOX 10's Stephanie Bennett reports.

Why does everyone assume the worst ??? Maybe he's just a very lonely man who doesn't know how to make a friend. After all, he's doing this in broad daylight and wasn't even accused of watching naked people or people having sex. Instead of forming a neighborhood committee to try to get the man arrested, perhaps the more Christian thing to do would've been to just talk to him to see what he was lacking. People often lose the opportunity to make a friend by assuming the worst about a person based on limited, even stereotypical information.
