It would be so helpful if you can also do some videos on tips about the mental side of making music! Such as getting over doubts of ideas, motivation/inspiration, etc. I can't wait to see what you're going to do next year!

I knew you from the video of doing a drop in 10 minutes in 2014 and your "making Lunar" livestream. I've been following you ever since and you've become my all-time favorite artist and I've learned so much from all the livestreams.

I'm glad you're back and I look forward to learning more from you. Personally, I consider you the GOAT of bass music.

So glad to see you're doing good and better missed you alot g.
Here are some ideas
1. Ableton live shortcuts
2. Deep diving into parametric EQ
3. Achieving a clean mix after distortion
4. Shaper Box Tips And Tricks
5. What is Haas Effect and how to wide Your sound without loosing mono compatibility
6. Vocal mixing
7. Mixing Drums making them punchier without loosing headroom
8. Things To avoid when writing and EDM song
9. Diving into the arrangement of Dubstep Genre
10. Breaking Down A Project
11. Making Background Ambience And how to fill that emptiness In a song
Ik this is a little wacky but it could really help Beginner Producers

Will try to make sure future episodes are in 4k and that the screen-recordings are sharper!
I am just getting back into this so PLEASE REPLY TO THIS COMMENT if you have RECOMMENDATIONS and TIPS on how I can best record my screen for sharpest image quality and what bitrate I should export my videos at.
Right now Im screen recording with OBS and editing in Premiere Pro.

This is such a blessing. I struggle so much with writers block and sound design. You've been a huge inspiration on the small amount of tunes I made.
It would be cool to see a video talking about how you got yourself onto the scene from the beginning and the steady rise into it.
Thanks for all your music Val!

I'd be stoked to see a deep-dive stereo mixing video. Not as simple as "mono sub, wide highs", but more of how to carve a bunch of tracks into an image.

So happy to see you giving the channel some love - KOAN does the Patreon approach and it's been fantastic for them.

Much love

YESSSS I'M SO GLAD YOU'RE BACK!!!
Couple of ideas for topics:
- Composing a score
- Sound design for movies/TV Shows/Games
- How to mix and master an EP/LP (so the mixing and mastering stays consistent across all the tracks)
- Live set preparation (set dynamics, variety, bpm switching, how to organize a music library, etc)
- How to properly make an acoustic treatement for a home studio
- I remember a long time ago, after your show in Moscow, u said you had an idea to make a series of videos where you are checking the flash drives with demos you get on your shows. That could be fun! Or just submission review videos/streams would be so cool!

Cheers and welcome back Val, it's good to have you back!

I have one Val: Arranging sounds in a drop etc. Like we have all these cool sounds….how do you arrange to tell a cool story? How do you make it hit?

You do so many next level things and this is one to me…all the sounds in places that fit.

You are rare and valuable dude and I’m happy I just get to witness it. Thanks for sharing it and doing this. So excited to learn from a master 👏

2:00 As a video suggestion could be breaking down your thought process and perspective while you produce, why you make certain decisions and not others. Everyone of us has a certain approach to producing and I've noticed that the more advanced you get the more your approach improves. So kinda like problem solving skills increase and you start to make decisions that people with less skill wouldn't make. So pros make better decisions, because of the collected knowledge and those decisions are much smarter. So maybe the question would be - what are some things you've began to do that you see are like gamechangers songwriting wise? I guess mostly what I'm suggesting is how we can have your thoughts while producing, so that we can make as good tunes as yours 😄

Can't be happier that the GOAT himself is teaching all the amazing stuff.
Also some more to do list if u want some more ideas-
How to dj, how to minecraft, how to create themes and ideas and build your song around that, how to not drown in your plush sea <3

this is great! I'm simply your average future bass enjoyer but it's such an alien process, I always like seeing behind the scenes.

Dude this really bring a smile to my face. I think a lot of us producers started their path when they first saw your Studio Time videos, which is really differs from all other soulless tutorials on youtube.
Definetely the best news for the 2023 <3
