Why was that Sad Shel Silverstein Blob the Zoloft Blob?

Ironically this scene is actually more beautiful, hopeful, and uplifting than the first scene he was in.

The one where no one gave a care about his loneliness or anything.

Here Lois actually seems to care about him.

Previously she gave him a fake sounding invitation to join her and he questions the authenticity of it so she then proceeded to blame him for his problems and loneliness by telling him he's at fault for no one wanting him which seemed like an oversimplification.
