What stress-reducing distraction technique have you tried? I love trying to name as many things in categories as I can. Kinds of cereal, fruits, types of birds etc. Or you can't go wrong with a 5 min #FAIL binge or laugh track chain on YouTube! :-) Laughter is a great stress reducer!

I love your idea of living a Fearless Authentic life! What has helped me in a big way is not listening/watching/reading any mainstream or alternative news media, or allow any adverts into my consciousness that i may see on my daily travels, and not tune into any competitive sports, where the mind likes to pick a team or a person, and want them to win. All of which used to create fear within me, that i used to identify with. It is such a relief to be free of these things, a little like waking up from a nightmare! Thank you for your videos Dr Rebecca :-)
