Blastoff! SpaceX launches European navigation satellites, nails landing

A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launched two Galileo constellation satellites on Sept. 17, 2024 from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida.

The first stage of the rocket landed on a drone ship in the Atlantic Ocean shortly after separation.
