I Bought one many weeks ago and put it in my travel bag. I grew tired of being out-an-about at friends and family and not having a sharp kitchen knife to do moderate kitchen cutting chores when asked. Will it carve that beautiful 23 pound Thanksgiving turkey -IDK but I would use it instead of a dull 10" Wusthof carver from Germany. Will it carve that juicy 16 pound 8 rib standing rib roast on Christmas day -IDK but I would use it instead of that dull 10" Shun carver from Japan. I have used it during my travels. It works as advertised. It will flat cut up any fruit or vegetable. It will carve meats of a moderate size with no problem. Is it going in my kitchen -nope. Is it going in my pocket -nope. Would I buy another one if needed -yep.

Love this knife bought mine weeks ago & been using it a lot. Works very well & the best Torta 🔪. Now I wish I had a smaller version to EDC. Make it happen SMKW👍🏻.

Love that santoku blade and granton edge, so cool that it folds into a reasonable size.
Gotta put a small leather lanyard loop on it, so it can be hung easily.

Those divets are way to close to the edge, it would have a short life span after some sharpening.some I have seen the divets are only millimeters away from the edge

Shame on this company. Just received a knife from them today. The box had already been clearly opened, the knife was used and had price tag residue on the blade.
