The cabinet can easily be turned into a wet bar... and or snack station. I feel like the hardest part is going to be having natural light for when you do work. Having a little natural light ain’t always a bad thing for health

the side with the door should be your office it has the windows and you don't want people to walk through your bedroom to get to your office also you can put a curtain or some kind of door between the two to separate them. keep the setup simple. function over bling. the big gaming monitor would be cool to game on but does it meet your needs to do simple video editing? maybe some 4k 23 in monitors for your work station and then go all out for your gaming set-up. it will also help you mentally with the separation of work and fun. It can help to put you in the mindset when you are at the work station is about work and not play. It also help if you have had a bad day at work you can go away from it to have "fun". Just some ideas.

I’d put the bed area by the closet so it feels more secluded and people don’t have to walk through your bedroom to get to your office

I wonder if speakers could also go on some arms for easy adjustment for sitting / standing configurations. Also would be cool to see PC wall mounted. Alternatively walk-in closet can become server room. Then you could run ridiculous OC with 100% fan speed with all the noise behind the closed doors

I think you have the right idea with the first side being your bedroom as its smaller and you really dont need to do anything there but dress and sleep maybe watch a little tv. if your buying that place then i way build the little drawer countertop thing into a closet that way you have a place to hang clothes and then the exsisting closet you could use for storage

I’d love to see a vlog of pimpin your new space out. Those are always so informative. As far as recommendations, you know way more than I do about this stuff. I look to you for recommendations. I like the idea about extending the countertop and keeping the cabinets though.
