I feel for Alan. He looked broken, devastated & just outright sad. He has no family. He’s so brave & strong to keep living, in general.

Allen helping the reporter at 5:07 shows how humble he is. Money can never buy class, I wish Allen the very best in life.

i cannot imagine what’s it like when there’s an emergency, such as fire. every single health & safety code broken. no proper escape routes in sight. just horrible & heartbreaking.

I look around my little house and I feel such gratitude. Privacy and the amenities I need. Not luxurious but it is home and its safe and secure. My heart breaks for those like Alan who are forced to endure these barbaric conditions. This disturbs me very much. Very much. 😔

Alan’s circumstances are very humbling. I looked around my apartment and realised how many unnecessary things I own and yet how fortunate I am for all the space I own.

The wheelchair really helps to emphasise just how cramped it is there — can only imagine how horrific it must be for disabled Hong Kong residents

This has put tons into perspective for me. I think everyone needs to be brought back down to earth every so often.

My heart breaks for Alan. Hope he’s moved out from there and found a better place.

Allen is such a nice dude the way he tries to help the reporter get up. I really hope he can get out of that situation and find some kind of fulfillment in his own way

Being able to cook home suddenly sounds like a privilege

why would you send someone in a wheelchair to the most high-rise cramped area in the world to investigate the Hong Kong housing crisis ?

I live in a truck camper full time, so I know what it's like to not have much space. I love how happy the dad seemed to show off the pod, as if he's just happy he found a way to make his situation work. Respect

It’s all about perspective, hope this humbles a lot of people, I know it did for me.

Not to Dodge the living condition topic but the fact they got a man in a wheelchair doing the work out there to show people what’s going on is heart warming!

"7k for a house like a cell and you really think we out here scared of jail?"

Powerful words indeed.

I'm sorry for everything you guys have to go through. We need more love for people who are struggling and needing help.

Watching in this bed makes me realize how blessed I am and hurts me to know people have to struggle like that
