Really good video, you can also add:
- In case logged-in user permission to "C:\Data\db" and "C:\Program Files\MongoDB" - is read only, then change it to read/write/edit for the deamon to run without errors.
I did the above to run it smoothly, because my system creates C: drive folders with read only access as default, if the logged in user is non-admin.

Because I’m still able connect to my mongodb localhost via MondoDB Compass without even creating the C:/data/db and still able to create, store and save data into collections
