Truly unbelievable. As somebody who LOVES 90s phish but ESPECIALLY those thick layered, ambient, dark 1999 jams with treys smooth-as-butter tone, this was absolute heaven to witness. I’ve been seeing them since 2009 and never in my wildest dreams did I ever expect to hear type of truly soaring 1999-esque Sand with the fucking funk siren..?!? Mind blown. Thank you Phish.

This is nutso! I've been out of the Phish loop for several years now. a) I _love_ the new light rig ... the spinning LED bars are super cool. I don't know when these came about, but kudos on that, b) kudos to the LivePhish production crew for showing more shots from the audience than they used to so we can see it, but mostly C) holy carpballs, the patient jamming into the mind-bending psychedelic void and back! I mean... are they playing like this all the time now? I'll need to renew my sub to LivePhish and find out, and I'm definitely going to catch some couch tour stops this fall.

Whenever we have pancakes in the morning, my three year old always asks to listen to Phish songs. Sand and Ghost are his favorite. This live version is our go to.
