So, Galvatron and Nova win by a landslide.
Why?
Nova Prime and Galvatron have fought side by side since even before the Golden Age and sought to reunite Cybertron. With a dwindling army, Nova fought and stood proud against the forces of Cybertrons Darklands and was the last survivor. And Galvatron served under Megatronus Prime as one of his primary fighters. One who he always brought with him.

Their friendship survived through the golden age to when they flew through the dead universe, and even after. Despite the falling out the both had, they still united to prove they were menaces.

And then lets not forget the power that was also bestowed to them from the heart of darkness when they both beared it. Constant regeneration, the touch of death and corruption (they even touch someone they kill them) and the fact they're basicslly sparkless at one point making Tarns speech useless.

Overlord and Tarn do NOT stand a chance here. These 2 are on a completely different level that not even Optimus Prime and Megatron united would survive.

Abilities should go to tarn. He has the power to deactivate a transformer with his voice.

All they do is let tarn talk and they would die Very few were immune to his ability it was so potent it works after death.

Tarn and Overlord, especially, are coated with the super alloy Ununtrium, so I think that give them edge. Unless you talking about Nova Prime and Galvatron before they still part of the "dead universe".
