Not working in my community, in Houston off 610 fwy, no economic opportunities in my Opportunity zoned area, we are red lined out, Clinton Park is skipped over in Houston. Opportunity zone improvements and gentrification off 610 fwy, never hit East and South Houston, but downtown areas, heights, their brand new, and homeless population grew. This is going on around the country in every city, tax dollars, working for a few.

Nipsey Hustle was the greatest urban developer of our time. Ethical and profitable business model for low income areas.

Great in theory but the regulations are still way too vague for investors to commit to this

So it's gentrification. That generally turns out great for the poor and minorities.

At one point humans existed very well without any currency, Fact is they lived far longer and much better. Maybe next life we'll all do more than just figure it all out.
