If you scrapped the case altogether like i did 4 years ago, then your motherboard will be sat flat instead of stuck up in the air, so you wouldn't need any special cables Your GPU would be facing the way you want it by design. And it would cause a lot less stress on your PCIe socket. 😊

My Cooler Master riser mount just died on me for some reason as well. my PC was booting up with VGA error code on my motherboard, fixed it by just removing the mount altogether. sheesh. didn't know that these stuff doesn't last that long. got mine for quite some time now. 3-4 years? not sure.

If the bottom fans are intake might wanna move them till you get a new mount if not the fans are just blowing the hot air back and keeping it mid gpu
