How to make chicken bacon ranch sliders.
I'm using pack of 12 Pepperidge Farm sliders because that's all that was available at my local store.
Hawaiian rolls or any heat and serve rolls will be fine as well.
Begin by cooking one chicken breast and shredding or buy pre-cooked and pre-shredded.
Fry and crumble 8 slices of bacon.
Mix together 1/2 cup ranch dressing and 1 1/2 cups chicken. Mix in half of the bacon.
Preheat oven to 350 F
On a baking pan put the bottom halves of the rolls and spread on ranch dressing. Then spoon on chicken mixture. Add provolone or mozzarella cheese. Then sprinkle on the rest of the bacon crumbles. Top with cheddar cheese (I didn't have any, so I used American cheese. Put top of rolls on and over each top spread on more ranch dressing. Sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese over each and bake for about 10 minutes.
