Just change xp settings from 100 to 300 and your player overalls and or abilities increase quickly depending on their caps

I low key hate that they added the ability to change the ratings. I haven’t touched any of my players ratings. For me, that doesn’t make it fun

Change their position in the offseason to a new one, then back to their original and it’ll upgrade their abilities. Can do that with recruits as well as any upperclassman.

love your videos, but the purist in me won't allow me to go in and just manually increase my guys to 99 across the board. Ruins the fun of recruiting for me, and that's like 85% of the fun of this game to me.

Ok so am i missing something when it comes to Elite players? Why would u start them straight away when you can redshirt and get an extra year of progression? Is there some kind of bonus they get for starting as a freshman?

I actually like the players I recruit..
I took over a 2 star program now we are 4 1/2..
Recruiting is so much easier, with my coach and staff..Plus Poodles videos😊..
3 star gem elite traits, finally a red shirt senior and is a 99 with no caps..
This game is so dope..
Overall team is a 97..
*Side note that is prime timeline..
My save point I've taken other head coaching jobs and coordinators..

So is it possible to have players mental abilities to upgrade each season?

Wish the abilities would automatically unlock once the required threshold is hit.

I've had player's never get close to maxing out their stat caps.

Yup my true freshman quarterback put 99 and played the whole season his had 3 platinum and two purples and he had no abilities at the beginning, he just had field general at gold now purple to

Could this same thing be accomplished by maxing out ratings just before offseason training, then lowering them to a reasonable level before the season?

I don’t like how abilities are completely based on archetype. It means each archetype is building to be exactly the same player since they're all locked to the same abilities.

Just imagine how many more hours you could get out of a dynasty if you could select any number of players you wish to manually upgrade as they progress. And if abilities were completely open and unlockable based not on ratings, but achievements on the field. Like some of the older NBA2K games.

I did this as soon that update for editing attributes came out lol but I try to just increase the certain attributes just to hit the next tier ability, I hate I wasted time doing that architect tree to increase a skill cap when it doesn’t matter anymore lol

They need to let us choose what abilities to have on our players I hate how the abilities are locked to whatever archetype you have it’s dumb

How are you able to edit the ratings on players in dynasty mode? Mine are grayed out and doesn’t let me edit them at all.

Ok so my star DE needs 87 Finess to unlock bronze Pocket Disruptor. He currently is at 88. It's not unlocked automatically? This isn't a bug? EA did this on purpose?
