Sir I used standardized z value..I got some values in minus sign.. should I remove above -3??

jazakallahu khair, but may i ask you a question. i checked my data, which is total scores of a scale used on my psych research.
i followed your guide,
1. checked the boxplot, but there is no star/circle outlier,
2. but when i check the frequencies, 22.5% of my data is on the highest quartile
3. checked the histogram, but my data is not showing bell-curve you normally found on normal distribution data
4. checked for the z-score (standardised score), but all of the value is in range of +/- 3.3 (highest is +1.32, there are 25 data out of 109 total that has the EXACT same value;
while the lowest is -1.9, there are only 2 data out of 109 that has the exact same value)

do you think i should transform my data? please guide me :(
