As a ken main i gotta say, for his best move there's only 1 option, crescent kick, without it you just can't play ken, leads into he's best combos, if you hold it to make the inazuma kick can kill at ledge, conects into all he's move set, at low percents you can use it to make a read, or hold it to do inazuma an create a tech chase, it's literally the move that make ken usefull, yes, even more than the shoryuken

For ken, im gonna say something similar to the mii brawler episode, it's SHORIUKEN because it's probably the reason they play ken, because the sourspot murders

I really don't like dtilt being the best move. Its actual advantage over the other moved is just that it is consistent, a better oos, and has good range. However, uptilt, fast jab and close heavy jab, far ftilt and close ftilt, and upair, are all amazing combos starters and arguably lead to more percentage in more situations. Uptilt is a better shield pressure tool as it opens the opponent for shoryuken much more than dtilt. Dtilt is definitely a really consistent kill confirm and is good at consistently spacing opponents, but dtilt is not necessarily the best move for every situation and other options are pretty comparable and can have a lot more utility in a lot more cases (I.e. close heavy jab deals a lot of damage so it can be the perfect move for getting that extra bit if damage to kill the opponent).

All in all, dtilt's main advantage is its consistency and range, but is often not the best move for a lot of situations as other moves can easily act as a kill confirms and shield pressure. It is simply just comparable to other moves.

Ryu's best move and most important move is definitely shakunetsu, it defines his neutral and advantage state
