This move not being reflectable is so dumb. Like I get its a reference to P5, and maybe even gun damage as a whole in SMT. But its still dumb from a game design perspective. Projectiles shouldnt work like that; makes running away too good

Next character is Hero. It's obvious that despite the randomness and MP usage, his best move is Command Menu, but for fun, and also because some might rank every CM moves separstely, let's choose what is the best move in that command menu. Every time I watch BMP or Aka play, it seems like the main way they win is by stacking a bunch of buffs together, so I am confident that one of the buffs is Hero's best move. Which one though? I would go with acceleratle because becoming faster than Sonic opens up so many things for Hero.

His N B is very overrated and underwhielming. It does not flinch the target. Very weak and does not even go that far. Joker is fast anyways so you might as well charge with his other moves instead. With Arsend its better but without it, nah.
