Hey Guga, thanks for your great videos.
After watching your videos, I have three requests for future videos:
- Please try some other cattle breeds than wagyu and American beef.
- How do you clean all your pans and other cooking ustensils so they continue to be so shiny ?
- Please cook a foie gras in a terrine using sous vide.
And yes I'll repeat those requests often. ;)

Guga I love all your channels, all your content.. and highly recommend it to everyone. However, for your side dishes, can we please get some more dishes that aren't fat on meat, on fat, with a fat based sauce? Pretty please? Show us your versatility. More veggies, more spices, more acid, lighter food. If I'm making sous vide steak and potatoes, the 2nd side can't also be heavy. Thank you for all you do.

Is there an alternative method for cooking this? I don't have a smoker, nor access to one, but I'd love to make this.

Been making those pig shots for years…..add some chopped pickled jalapeño in the filling and dust the tops with BBQ rub and they’re $$$$
