Serious question, although it's going to sound contradictory: Sometimes, for a couple of days, I can more or less accept the sensations, although I really don't like them. But there is this strong habit/desire to feel free again, free of sympoms. What advice can you give?

I feel real scared all the time
Mind racing .. Light headed. Faint feeling. Tired all the time. Severe ANXIETY. Sigh
