An on demand water heater, would be a good improvement. I would like the two 3 X 4 windows be offset, one in one room and one in the other room.
If one 8ft is a bedroom, and one 8 ft is the living room, it gives each room a window and a solid wall to place furniture!

It would be ideal if you moved the living room windows down toward the kitchen so that the bedroom area and living area can be separated.

For the hot water heater.... Just increase the wall with the electric panel and then you can have angled shelf to recess the water heater and keep the bathroom door at 32"..

How about you put the water heater over the bathroom? And the mini split inside the house over the bay window, so one can build a closet or put an armoire in that spot. Home Depot does all kinds of cabinet and storage solutions and customize them to your needs and space.

I would want an LG Wall Oven under the counter, so that I could cook a Thanksgiving meal, and other meals, pies, cakes, etc, and an LG Over the Range Microwave Convection Oven with a vent and light underneath it. It would serve as a Microwave, Convection Oven with Air Frying, and a vent hood all in one, and the interior is wide enough for most pans, cookie sheets, etc. You can turn the turn table off as well.

Like the size of that bay window, could put a 4-foot-tall Christmas tree there. Bench cushions the rest of the time. That shelf above the bay window would be great for books.

Can someone please answer these questions---- In order understand what you can safely add to the home, what is the GVWR of the trailer sticker? Since you know what each option weight is, what is the total empty weight of this tiny without options on the trailer? Are these numbers listed somewhere on the website? If not can someone please please add them next to each option. and list the trailer sticker numbers on the website.
The solar, and the bay window option must have some substantial weight to them

I think a 30" bathroom door opening is perfect. That allows the WH shelf 2 more inches, and a lot of those louver doors are made for 30" openings.

Would it work to scoot the kitchen & bath to the middle of the house & have the extra 8 foot on the end past the bathroom to use for a bedroom? Of course you’d have to have 2 doors in the bathroom.

I would prefer the two side windows to be in the living room with a half wall divider. The end window by itself would work fine in the bedroom. Where are the plug in's for the living room?
