Instead of labeling this as a hate crime, why don't the laws be changed to terrorist, life in prison or death row. Racism will change over night.

I've heard stories about Oregon. Damn shame, such a picturesque nice looking place...for everyone but blacks apparently.

Damn. I was such an asshole when I was 22.... and many different jobs.
.... agitated someone enough to want to chase him down. and if a black guy had said any of those things, would a hate crime be on the books? This is bogus news, and inflammatory.
