I fail to see the crime. This nebulous " hate crime " is federally protected free speech.
I find the idea of infringing on someones free speech as hateful. Can I file charges as well ?
In fact all of those anti free speech neighbors who want him punished should take a class in the constitution and remember, we don't protect speech we agree with ... we protect speech we do not agree with. That is America ... and YES he is offensive, just not a criminal.
