Thank you for your video! I have had previous trainings on how to conduct proper interviews but was feeling a little rusty and wanted to be as sharp as possible as I plan on changing units, and this helped me a lot! It helped me by getting in the right mindset, having really good prepared answers, and having CONFIDENCE that I could do it. I am so disappointed, just had an interview, if you could call it that with a NICU nurse manager and some other staff, and what a joke! I could tell right from the start they really weren't interested in me as a candidate! They asked.a couple of questions which I did the best I could to answer reign nervous... I saw them looking at each other and chuckling intermittently and trying to hide it (this was a zoom interview).. They weren't in the least bit prepared, it was like a big joke to them. What a waste of 15 minutes I will never get back again... The interview gave me a solid glimpse into their work culture and why they currently have TEN OPENINGS in their level IV NICU!!!
