No relation to the SCP Foundation, to be clear.

It took a really long time until I finally decided to read the man pages for these things, to set up the SSH server, the public keys, the host config and whatnot to be able to copy files easily between the computers I use at work. For years I'd just use a flash drive or log in to our cloud server. And there are still lots of useful tools I haven't learned how to use yet, like rsync and tmux. I should really get on that at some point.
