I always find it easier to level the ground first. Use the slope tool if needed and always use the soften tool around edges and entrances at the end. Nice build bud!!

I started mine on 71. Built my farmhouse to the south point of it. Built the farm across the street from is. Had to take some field away to build a decent size area but it was totally worth it. 👍🏻

just a question why not buy the 2 fields ready to harvest and a tractor and trailer and harvester then with the money made from harvesting those fields buy your grass field

I have done a huge edit of elm creek. I redid the top of the map. I got rid of the animal dealer. I made that hill I front of the dealer farmable and the area along the animal dealer. I also add more trees to make it feel more realistic

Do you find if you build on that top corner of Elmcreek. That as soon as you put down your own farmhouse. The ground levels go stupid, and it's impossible to level out so it's flat..
