TODAY'S RECIPE IS Try This Mint Candy Recipe at Home, Your Kids Will Love It! Homemade Candy Recipe | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
Mint 2 tbsp
Water 1/4 cup
Blend until smooth
Strain
Sugar 1/2 cup
Corn syrup 2 tbsp
Pinch of salt
Keep stirring on medium low flame
Let it boil
Green color (optional)
Cook for 5-7 mins
Thick consistency
Mint essence
Mix well
Drop some mixture in water
Turns crystal (perfect consistency)
Immediately pour into mould or baking paper
Rest for 2 hours (room temperature)
Warp the candy

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
