Who is Ron Spomer
For 44 years I’ve had the good fortune to photograph and write about my passion – the outdoor life. Wild creatures and wild places have always stirred me – from the first flushing pheasant that frightened me out of my socks in grandpa’s cornfield to the last whitetail that dismissed me with a wag of its tail. In my attempts to connect with this natural wonder, to become an integral part of our ecosystem and capture a bit of its mystery, I’ve photographed, hiked, hunted, birded, and fished across much of this planet. I've seen the beauty that everyone should see, survived adventures that everyone should experience. I may not have climbed the highest mountains, canoed the wildest rivers, caught the largest fish or shot the biggest bucks, but I’ve tried. Perhaps you have, too. And that’s the essential thing. Being out there, an active participant in our outdoor world.

The exception to the .375 hh minimum is often the 9.3 chamberings. 9.3x57, 9.3x62, and 9.3x64 brenneke. All phenomenal rounds that punch well above their weight class.

What about the, 378 Weather by Magnum ??? Costly to purchase but it will do the job on just about anything on this planet. It has wicked recoil, but you get used to it. I never put a scope on mine, but the iron sights that Weatherby supplies are very sufficient.

My son just loves his 375 H&H but you need to handload it so you have ammo and to reach its maximum ability

Will a .375 H&H destroy the Cape Buffaloes wings? I thought that's the tastiest part?

Aaaaand, the answer is the Every day all day. Everything from chucks to brown bears, prong Horn to moose. Even bison. Anything in north America really. I would have to step it up to 300 win mag for polar bears however, because POLAR BEARS! Africa is another story all together.

So i disagree if you are trophy hunting 50BMG has range and knock down the only disadvantage is the wight kd the rife a Barrett is 30 pounds and the single shot ones are still about 15 you going for a quick kill ans not concerned with leaving meat to eat why not go with a 1/2 inch bullet that has confirmed 2 legged kills from 2 miles to feet
