Personally I leave them on automatic, and then press in the turn signal stalk any time I just need a quick wipe.

I lied. The wipers turning on automatically is my favorite option

after a several years of complaints, Tesla finally added a wiper frequency modifier on the left scroll wheel button. Push the scroll wheel left or right to decrease or increase frequency after you pressed the left stick button.

I'm a Tesla lover and still feel like wipers should be a dedicated button

I am not fiddling with on screen buttons when it's raining heavily with less visibility. Physical buttons=muscle memory.

Personally I like the safe way (none of these)

Voice commands is easier than that.
"Wipers 1/2/3/4/auto/off"
"Wipers max" I think also works.
will do it.

Kinda weird when there's a lever for the turn signals, but they do turn on automatically anyway

Would love to use automatic setting if it didn’t lose its mind every time it drizzles a little bit and sometimes with no rain at all. Thought they had fixed this by now but here we still are.

Click wipe button, use left scroll to set wiper speed

I use auto. if I need too change I lightly press for mist and/or once I press side stalk button lightly I hit the pop up and select speed. In fact this is better than the usual ICE knobs. you have too look which speed you want and takes longer and distracted more. Tesla pop up and tap is easier infact!

Woah didn't know the stalk button brought up the menu on the screen. That's useful.

The gripe is in the turning OFF of the dang wipers, while in motion. I complain again, that they come on automatically, again, even after manually fumbling with the monitor to turn them off.
The OFF keeps demanding to be reset to OFF. Turning on Autopilot can make them turn on. The off button on the screen sometimes is unresponsive, as well. Speeding up can make the wipers go faster, so fast that the rubber can’t slide smoothly across the windshield. The wipers have gone nuts after it has been raining ALL BY THEMSELVES, and it forces me to pull over. Make no mistake about it, the wipers really do suck. [2021 Model Y]

I wish to know how to deactivate it without resorting to the screen cuz it's dangerous if u activate it by mistake in the highway and to deactivate it I need to use the screen every time?

I like a simple switch on the steering column like they've been doing for over 100 years. I like my cars not spaceships

It was raining when I was driving to work and I really like the cool auto features on the wipers but the problem is it turn on again this morning when I was driving on the road with no rain. I managed it turn it off but as soon as I put it on cruise the wipers turn on again with no rain… Any solutions??

I got a weird question using your phone while driving in a vehicle is still considered being pulled over and giving you a citation so how's actually using the tablet while driving supposed to actually be legal in a Tesla does that mean I can actually pull out my phone and drive or I can you know talk and drive while I'm driving in a Tesla I meant does the whole you know texting while driving just go out the window as well if you're in a Tesla
