Hi. I have a question regarding the transfer request if you don’t mind. My I-130 case was approved recently and is in the process of transferring to NVC. My spouse is no longer living in the country where we first turned in the petition to USCIS. When would I send the request to NVC to transfer the interview to the consulate office where my spouse is currently living? Do I need to wait for the welcome letter or can I ask them now? Hi i need to ask if i have to change embassy after having interview at a different us embassy location and at the time of first interview my case went into AP and now when AP is completed, i am back at my home country. My question is if i transfer my case now to my home country US Embassy, do i have to take another interview instead of just submitting the renew medical and passport? Thanks for advice
