The Tale of Moonlight - Episode 1

'Join the pursuit of a young she jackal named Moonlight and her twin brother Twilight who must escape from the most infamous wolf pack in the land, but the two soon learn that they play a bigger role in this conflict between wolves and jackals than they imagined'

ITS DONE ITS FINALLY DONE AAHHHHH
After two years of work I have managed to actually get this series started!!

Its safe to say that I have learnt a lot from the process of making this series and I now fully understand the pain that other animators have to go through while making a series haha. The animation isn't as nice as I wanted it to be and the script has flaws though I do like it in some places. I am happy with the pacing and the visuals of this episode tho

But all in all I've really enjoyed making this episode and I'm looking forward to making more, which should hopefully not take as long as this one.

Once again I would like to say a BIG thank you to my voice actors and composers! You've made the process of this series a lot more enjoyable than I thought it would and I'm looking forward to with y'all on future episodes :3

For some reason I have a feeling that Moonlight and Twilight are half wolf or something..

Like, their mother did something terrible. Betrayal to the wolves? The ‘king’ vowed to punish every jackal because of her and.... plot twists tend to be like that.

Anyway this is JUST a theory.

For a first episode this is freaking splendid. I love the atmosphere, color palette and storyline. While it does have some if the clichés often used in the community, it somehow manages to execute it in a brand new way! I love Twilight, though I have a feeling he dieded :c RIP in peace, jackal brother. Can't wait for the next episode!

lord. dude i am honestly stunned, and the only other time i've been stunned by a series is one other time in my life. this was just jaw droppingly incredible. everything you did was amazing. the animation was incredibly smooth and you could see improvement through the whole thing! also, the colors you used were amazing as well. those soft blues made me wEAK and the characters are amazing as well! i love how they aren't just stereotypes, but instead already have depth to them. by biggest regret is not watching this sooner, because it's just a jem. i can't wait to see the next episode, i loved this so much!

It could be part of the character, but twilight's voice acting is a bit too fast. It's sometimes hard to understand what he's telling.

Oh and the flying animations of the birds are gorgeous. Keep up the series!
