Ingredients you’ll need:

- 90g (3/4 Cups) Flour
- 20g (3 Tbs) Coconut Flour
- 140g Greek Yogurt
- 6g (1 tsp) Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Oregano

If you put just a teaspoon of gelatin in with the dry ingredients it will make the crust chewy. You can also use this dough recipe to make calzones!

So, there is light string cheese for 50 cals per stick and it's pretty good!
Second: don't cut the string cheese but pull it apart so you have longer strands and can make them as thick as you want for stuffing the crust.
Another thing I wanted to ask after watching your other pizza video: did you ever experiment with oat fiber instead of coconut flour? Would get the calories down by a bunch.

If you want to hit a hot market - make a “bariatric” version of your cookbook. I had a roux-en-Y gastric bypass and most of your recipes work for me. It’s a high protein, moderate fat, low carb diet. Often I go for recipes with the same or fewer grams of carbs as there are protein.

People are all about the bariatric stuff and it’s getting hotter daily as insurances are starting to cover this procedure.

Thanks for helping me along my bariatric journey! I lost 100lbs in the first 6 months. My weight has stabilized now and I just got 20 more to go before being “a normal weight” but I’m pretty darn happy where I’m at too.

i love your channel man tried a couple sweets, if i may say my 2 cents you're better off using Oaxaca cheese cause it has a higher melting point for that cheese pull! 💪🏻

Very nice! A stuffed crust protein pizza canvas!
Cheese is always a classic, but pepperoni and grilled onions and peppers are pretty dope too.
I stopped eating pizza for a while because once scant slice of pie is never really satisfying. This will be worth trying!

I like what you did with the coconut flour I would just suggest adding something additional protein to the mix too. Maybe some meat or protein powder
