One of the first few times I have beaten you to a solution when playing side-by-side to the video. I managed to break in to the right hand side significantly earlier than you seemed to mostly through keeping an eye on my notation. Double notation helped a lot with that, as does fastidious cleaning up of marks whenever I hit a breakthrough.
Well done to Bastien for this puzzle, hybrids are one of my particular loves.

WOW this one murdered me. I was able to figure out the 8 and 9 diagonals logic as well as the 10 and 11, but after that I just smashed into a road block. I reached your exact state at 16:28, and couldn't figure out where to go. I tried going to the 12/13 diagonals on the bottom right, couldn't figure out how to make progress, tried disambiguating some of the pairs but couldn't keep it all in my head. I spent well over an hour on it overall, but I reached my limit. Well done!

One feature suggestion for the desktop Classic Sudoku app: Have the content scale to any window size rather than locking the window size to preset common resolutions. It's nice being able to do a sudoku on half the screen while doing a low-attention task on the other half.

I think sometimes you should just take a second to look at the effect of your progress on your pencil marks. A couple times after you’d broken through a stage and gotten a whole load of new certain numbers this meant that cells you’d pencil marks could then be easily decifered and then used for easier future steps

I barely comprehend your thought process most of the time, and i only play just beginner sudokus for fun every once in a while. It's so fun watching your videos and seeing your thought process the entire time though :D love it

27:10 you were solving the bottom right block. The "quick" way in for me was to see that r8c7 can in fact only be a 2 - all other numbers either repeat a digit in r8 or break the 13 diagonal.
Next, putting the 1 in R7C8 would force the 12-diagonal to be 345, which breaks at R8C8.

Took me 1:13:13. Really enjoyed working through this puzzle. Getting the 4 in r1c6 - by looking at whether the remaining numbers outside of the cages in that box could be 239 or 248 - was the thing that broke open the puzzle for me.

At 14:07 I think the next step was that there is a 6789 quadruple in column 1. This forces the 6 into the row 1 or 2 in column 1. Therefore row 3 column 3 cannot be a 6, and must be a 7.
