The way her death was portrayed was perfect in my opinion. It was so sudden with almost no actual build up. You didn’t expect it at all, especially because Aki just died one or two chapters ago and you wouldn’t think another important character would die.
Powers death is portrayed just how Makima views it. Nothing special, as if some random civilian died. It’s just part of her plan.

Well, we all know that Makima got a 'well served ending'. Let's say it like that. And Power might actually return. Just not with her memories sadly. But she did tell Denji to go and find her once she gets reborn into the human world.

The chapter cought me so off-guard though.
It was clear the main cast was going to get a GOT treatment and be nearly fully killed off.
But I did not expect Power to go down in an instant like that, without buildup or ceremony.
And just at a great moment where she was doing nice like giving him a cake.

I feel like this scene would be cool silent or a long time of suspense before the "bang" like it would be so cool to see that in the anime adaptation. (the time of the suspense would be good between 2 and 5 seconds depending on the music and how they build this scene up)
