3-Ingredient Lorna Doone Cookies

I'm starting to forget how long it has been since we have all been in quarantine. Since I'm banned from buying non-essential items at stores here in Michigan, I've been spending a lot of time cooking with the ingredients that I have left in my pantry. I found a 3-ingredient Lorna Doone shortbread cookie recipe and it is absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 325°. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in flour. Press dough into an ungreased 9-in. square baking pan. Prick with a fork.
Bake until light brown, 30-35 minutes. Cut into squares while warm.

Well, thanks to your Governor, Michigan went from one of the worst death rates at the start of the pandemic to one of the best at the end, I guess for you it was more important to grow your plants. To that individual that mentioned Florida, which was “open” by their governor, they also had to hide and disguise and not disclose death rates. But I guess for certain people it was more important to be selfish than look out for society.
