I believe the defenses do not stop guided missiles or torpedoes from the Kosatka. I know it does nothing against the orbital cannon. The yacht is where people go if they like to be spawn killed. The business battle carrier defenses will still kill the Sparrow, then again they also kill players trying to parachute down to it.

The defenses turn off if the owner occupies an aircraft near it or has a wanted level and they do not automatically turn back on. Also, the aircraft that spawn on the yacht automatically disable passive mode, do not have any weapons or defenses, and can be locked onto by homing missiles. It's total shit.

uh so apparently after the new patch guided missiles are not able to bypass yacht defenses so that's nice but also I was testing sparrow with my friend and it was still able to bypass defenses but when he landed on the yacht and then again flew up he got destroyed so its still kinda bugged

If number 2: you can get fried with the orbital cannon when your outside on the deck of the yacht, even if the airdefence is up, that isn’t protecting you.I got fried that way in my hottub 🤔😬🙈

Now the time to find any Rockstar tweets or announcements about the yachts That clearly states you will be protected by any air vehicle. so you can get a refund The Sparrow is a air vehicle and it can come and go for you protected airspace.

Bro, when I have a squad of griefers messing me, I blast them hard then head back to my yacht and throw on defensive mode while cooking in the hot tub. Drives them insane!

Hey saintsfan, you wanna talk about something really dumb. Right now in gta online the bombushka, one of the most expensive single items in the game, is broken. There is a bug right now where the guns are locked in the forward position so they don't rotate, meaning that they can't be fired in any direction other than straight forward. The camera can still move, just not the guns. 7+million dollar plane with weapons... can't use the weapons.

Yachts are useless? You should try running Piracy Prevention for $30, 000. My friends and I used to bounce from boat to boat and rotate CEOs and earn $30K every 15 minutes basically doing nothing.

This is incorrect. I had a guy literally 5 ft off the side of my yacht just spamming rockets at me from his Sparrow.
