Gonna do this a week with abs and thighd workout let's see the results.

Day 1: it went really good the stretch was really good. It reminds me of Blackpink stretches whose amazing check them as well.

Day 2: done it was really good my stomach feels really amazing I feel like my lower belly might go away from this.

Day 3: done I'm really happy with stretches but all I want is my lower belly to go away pls helppp!

Day 4: k did do it yesterday but I forgot to update the comment sorry guys I like. How this stretches actually working for me I will keep doing it for sure.

Day 5: it really helps workout!! I love it!! Do it highing recommended. But do it with workout.

Day 6: idk what to read now haha but I love it!

Day 7: I can say this makes your workout really light cause I like to do it after workout and it helps alot

I'm doing this workout since 2 weeks with breaks because of some health issues....I really don't know that I have lost weight or not but the thing I know is, it's really great 🙃 I really loved it and I can feel that I'm more flexible than I haven't measured yet but I'll tell after 2 more I have decided to do this for 1 month....So I'll tell you result after completing 1 then enjoy 😉

Fun fact that I never know that it's actually a pilate program... Coz except for the side kicks(some days), hundreds and the arched leg raise I do all the things as my cool down or after work out stretching... So feeling good after knowing the fact😁😁😁thankyou

My body was a bit sore, so couldn't do the weightloss exercises.

Okay so day 1: I start out as 1e5 lbs and no tone or muscle I not only did this workout but all her blackpink pilates and her red velvet pilates video and along with that I dance 3 hrs a day and I box for an hour every day and do some toning workouts which are like 3 ab workouts and hip and bum workouts and slim legs and arms like toning workouts for an hour... anyways it was hard to complete with all my workouts it took 6 hrs every day but I will update you so today was nice and hard but it will get easier every day also I am a vegan cause I can't eat dairy (I know I'm sad I get sick tho) and I LOVE fruits and veggies and they help you grow taller too so anyways DAY 1 is complete ✅ end of day 1 I weigh 130lbs (5lbs what the heck but also last night we ate all you can hotpot and sushi so I understand rhat I lost all that in one day so don't expect to lose 5lbs in one day that just happe ed cause I stuffed my face yesterday) btw I am 5'6ft


Day 2: i forgot to log on here but i wrote it down.... it was nice i lose not lbs yet but i am starting to be good at balancing lol

Day 3: lost 1lb

Day 4: lost 1.3lbs

Day 5: i forgot to do this day xause i was running around an event but i mean i wad kiterally running and had no time to eat or workout but i still lost 2lbs this day

Day 6: lost no lbs i worked out but today was my cheat day so i only did this pilates video dance for an hour but i ate anything i wanyed this day lol sorry

Day 7: i felt guilty since i had a cheat day yesterday even thoigh i planned it in my diet once a month i think i said but i still felt guilty so i did this workout 3 times and then danced for 3hrs and did a bunch of ab workiuts and stuff and i drank a bunch of water and didnt eat which is acyually bad i dont know why i did this today but i didnt lose anything darastic just 2lbs

Day 8: uhhh i lost 7lbs i think this was from yesterday like as soon as i finished workoing iut i qeighed myself yesterday so i guess the effevts didnt set in but this morning i was 116 or like 116.7 or somethung(sorry im trying to be exact with the numbers in case you were curious but i forgot the ounces i just remeber the lbs from this morning) anyways i weighed 116 this morning and i did normal workout and my normal diet and i ended rhe day at 113.9 (so basically 114 but i know this one cause i just weighed myself) geez im losing weight way too quickly but ill still finish this for you guys

Day 9: so this morning i woke up 110lbs (as i wake up every day like 2 lbs lighter but today i woke up almost 4lbs lighter and i am now gojng to add the morning weught cause i fogit to add that is some previous updates on this comment srry) so i woke up 110 and did normal workouts and diet today but i also went on campus with my suster today and we were running sround cause her hectic schedule and plus her car broke down and we had to walk to the gas station amd push in cause the station was only like 1 minute away one dude helped but everyone was hinking at us cause we were going slow pushing the car to the gas station, but anyways at the end of the day i actually weighed 107lbs so i think thats 3lbs today gone pls remind me to update for tomorrow 😁💗
