How to save custom 3D clipart components into your Clipart library to easily access them across all of your projects. This tip mostly applies to Vectric Aspire but it will also work with VCarve and Cut2D for saving 2D objects into the Clipart library.

I've imported folders of purchased models/clipart to the clipart tab, but I like this for things I create. Great tip.

??? I am trying to cut fret slots for guitar necks. The bit I use is Amana .023 up cut. The flat depth is .125 the depth of each pass is <.009 (14 passes in all) 20 ipm 10 ipm plung rate. I keep breaking bits and they sent cheap. I am trying to cut the slots in only one direction (someone said that might help) but I can’t figure out how to do that in vcarve desktop. Any help would be appreciated

How, or perhaps, can, the clipart libraries be easily synced across multiple computers. I use an iMac in my computer room, I have a new M2 Macbook air, and an old windows 7 laptop running my CNC that have Aspire installed. All work fine but keeping the art files up to date, or the same on all three is tough. Yes the supplied artwork is not a problem, it's the many STL's I have downloaded over time and other art work I have added to the artwork files inside of Aspire.

If you create the clipart in aspire and save as instructed here can that clipart be used by vCarve?

Hello friend, I follow your tutorial very closely.
Can you please create a tutorial how to move the zero point? Or, as in other programs, you can set any zero point.
The reason for this is if I should lose the XY zero point at the lower left corner during milling, but e.g. I already have a hole where I can reset the milling machine to zero from this center point and thus continue milling the workpiece.
In Aspire I can set the zero point in the middle or on the 4 workpiece edges or work with X-Y offset. But how do I create this X-Y offset exactly in the new drawing?
