NYPD: 14-year-old boy in critical condition after being shot in the head in Harlem

Police say a 15-year-old was also shot, in the leg, and that both boys were targeted by the gunman, who remains at large. CBS2's Alice Gainer has the story.

Everyone in that neighborhood knows who did it. But no one will talk. We have devolved back to the early 90s. We have learned nothing.

I'm not feeling bad for them yet there are two sides to the story, It could be that they probably robbed or jumped the wrong person and had to deal with the repercussions, Notice how the media make these teens sound like innocent children when it is the majority of them that are terrorizing the streets with senseless shootings and armed robberies.

I hope the young men make a recovery. It's a crying shame how disputes can't be resolved without violence. I strongly feel that there's more to this situation...

The 15 year old shot in leg knows the person that did it. But he isn't talking. There is so much money and so many resources thrown toward this community, but it never changes. It's time to change the culture of violence from within.
