Who are trusted adults that can provide advice or support? Trusted adults are go-to grown-ups, experienced allies, anchors, and supporters. They come in many different forms. Trusted adults at school could include teachers, coaches, guidance counselors, and beyond. Trusted adult examples outside of school could include parents/guardians, grandparents, music instructors, religious leaders, babysitters, aunts, uncles, and so on. To identify a Trusted Adult look for the A, B, C's (aka someone who is accessible, boundaried, and caring).
