Thank you for saying it is reactionary. So many of the jojo powers are great but are only reactionary at best and vary depending on the scene like the speed and strength of some stands/users without their powers and how they are interpretted. I can see the confusion for giorno, but to me he gave a severe boost to Crimson like when he did the same to zipper all the way at the beginning of the arc, except this time it affected its abilities to skip forward in time and see the future. Also how I believe the world's stand power wasnt stopping time but using the powers of joestar stands that are at certain stages, and given how it showed dio using hermit purple as well and how petty he is, I believe it is a good power for him.

He overrates jin mori. The idea of his scaling for nirvana is kinda mid. He uses real life example but we can do the same with other characters as well which have an afterlife. By his logic goku is outer and any other character with with a nirvana or afterlife that works in a similar fashion
