Hello and welcome to the buying review of the Volvo V70, one of Hollands most favourite station wagons. This car is not particular good when it comes to driving but built to last, especially the five cylinder diesels.

Many of the V70's in the video are not 2000 to 2007 V70's. They are the new body introduced with the 2008 model through the 2016 model.

Why do you use a mk3 facelift model 2013-2016 picture in the video if you're reviewing the previous mk2 generation?

I only drive older vehicles now. I don't know what the heck is going on w/ manufactures, but drivetrain really sucks in newer vehicles.

Good informal video but never “flush” auto transmissions, just drain and top-up with fresh fluid!

I had 2002 v70 2.4t with automatic gearbox. One trip(around 800km) with heavy trailer ~1500kg, oil in gearbox overheat and killed gearbox, gearbox is the worst things in volvo cars since 2000, even manual gearboxes maintenance is expensive
