Early Merry Christmas!! I've had some people ask me about what it's like to be a Genshin Impact Youtuber or a Content Creator, so before I end 2022 and enter the holidays, here you go! My raw and candid opinions and tips for new content creators. Also, enjoy me struggling with a Mono-Anemo because I accidentally shuffled all of my artifacts and I am *not having a good time*.

Aster actually talking about content creating and its values is a nice surprise for a christmas video! With your both consistent and creative content, it’s most likely been hard for you (although I haven’t seen the whole video yet so can’t say for sure😅) so connecting with your audience about your content itself is great! And finally, merry Christmas and happy early new year! We’ve got another entire year coming, so keep going king👑

This is the exact kind of video I was looking for, I have wanted to be a YouTuber for so long, and ever since becoming a huge fan of Mihoyo/Hoyoverse and their games, I've narrowed down the niche to wanting to make lore videos about the 'Hoyoverse' as a whole. Honestly, the amount of times I sit on Discord calls with my friends where I rave like a madman about theories and concepts just goes to show how much I just need to do this already, on top of all that, everyone I know keeps telling me how I have a great voice and that it'd do me wonders in content creation. I think right now my only obstacle is learning how properly record myself and how to edit a video. XD

I'm currently creating videos for a different game/genre, but I see you as my inspiration for a lot of things I do with my videos (ofc there is my own touches here and there hehe).

I like to hear Your videos, Ashikai's, Teyvat Historia's and the hexenzirkel's during my work. It's not everyday that I have the spare time or the mental energy to play Genshin, especially given I usually like to play for long hours casually instead of rushing to make quests/comissions, and I don't pay much attention to written lore. So your videos keep me "in touch" with the game.

I think you add a lot to the community, and when when your theories might be proven wrong in a future update, It's nice to hear your reasoning on how you came with that theory in the first place, as given the game isn't fully complete, no one has the full picture of the game, not even the devs themselves. In a way, we are like the Traveler discovering Teyvat.

You’re doing great actually I love your content and I hope you will stay in nice mental health cause.. I know some people can be burned out when they don’t achieve their goals on something but you are actually the best lore content creator in genshin community so far. I’m subscribed & I’m so amazed at your theories idk if I always comment but sometimes I do, I’m sure. Thank you for your efforts. Algorithms really s\ck. I’m saying it as a fan of a hugely popular group which gets usually 50% of their views deleted and even notifications MUTED even if you have them turned on (I’m not joking, that’s.. disgusting and terrible and was experienced by at least 10k people. youtube yet didn’t apologise or even comment on how is that possible). Some of other fans of my fave group have also tested that the group’s # in description leads to views deleted and filtered out and frozen a lot more even if the video isn’t about that group. So I do understand how terrible situation in youtube is with views and how it’s so hard to promote here when for example tiktok can just push your video to right audience in an easy step. And I know content creators who made their name by tiktok and came to youtube with that audience just cause it’s way harder to make progress with just youtube as a main platform. I really wish though that you keep the chin up, you’re doing amazing & im so stunned by the amount of stuff you can post in a week right now cause damn, not any genshin content creator is making videos that often and with you im always with content. Crazy. I feel lucky. Thank you again. Happy holidays thank you for letting us chill with you

Your style of discussion motivates me to listen to you’re videos it’s also the reason i prefer aster genshin theory channel more! because you describe the theory in your nice and simple way. It’s really good to hear what actually like to be a content creator from a veteran perspective for others who are interested to take notes as a none youtuber myself keep up the good work
(also I’m always impressed of your fluent english speaking as ur second language i wish I can relate but I have thick accent 😂!)

Have you ever considered also tackling the more analytical side of the game as in - new character kit analysis, best builds (and f2p friendly ones), etc?

I adore all the theories and such, but wondered if you ever considered leaning into both?
