It’s a mistake. The video shows 8v tachometer in which the red zone begins from 6800 rpm.
Red zone of 8y begins from 7000 rpm.

RS3 8Y DAZA vs M2 G87 S58 (detuned). The chassis size is about the same although RS3 is a lot lighter. M3C or M4C is too powerful for RS3, even too powerful for RS4/RS5. It competes with RS6/RS7.
M2 G87 will make around 650WHP with only 93 octane pump gas flash tune and downpipe.
