"Walk On the Wild Side" is actually a 1973 song though it may have been recorded in late 1972.

Although the stones should be number 1, I’d put other songs from “exile” above tumbling dice, plus Bowie should be higher

I grew up through the Glory Years of the Rolling Stones, and honestly, I don't think they're that good. Rich. famous, etc, but not really good.
