I hear a lot about rest stops in korea! I think its neat that they make sure they have lots of nice hot foods you can get to eat either there or on the road. Also, those cutlet are much like you will find in japan in terms of thickness. The really thicc ones you see are more of a fad item. Usually you'll find kinda thin ones all over Japan.
