Glutes and hamstrings days are my favourite because that’s what I need the most. I really felt a difference after this video, particularly my left hamstring that is still a bit niggly. Day 12 already, it’s going so fast!

Uuf this one burned after doing a leg workout just before it 🥵 I took an extra minute to do a basic pike position hamstring stretch and that was a nice way to round it out!
