Btw, I agree with you about the movie. I Tried to enjoy it, but hated it for so many reasons.

I’ve played games for years and have never even considered going to a game group at a FLGS. I usually play with family or invite friends over. I would say that there’s a lot of truth to what Tom says. I would say that for someone who has never been at a group there’s a high level of intimidation and uncertainty, so having information about the group and making it as friendly and welcoming as possible is huge.

Well said, Tom, on the re-opening of gaming groups. I live in a fairly gameshop rich area. As a result, some fairly toxic gaming groups are able to survive, simply because unknowing fresh blood shows up from time to time. I'd just like the people in my area (DC/MD) to know to keep looking around if your first experience isn't excellent.

The Promotion Cards from Lewis & Clark are from the German reprint issued by the former German YouTube channel Hunter & Cron - now Hunter & Friends.
The people on the card are the hosts of the show and their wifes. They were included in the version distributed by the channel.

Tom, even the boat sequence in Godzilla vs. Kong was massively flawed. Kong can't submerge. Great apes immediately drown when submerged, due to the shape of their nose. Water rushes right in!

I thought i was the only one who thought Godzilla vs Kong was stupid. I didnt like any Godzilla movie. And liked all solo Kong movies... Peter Jackson one, skull island.. both were great
